Are you ready to take your coaching to the next level?

Coaching begins with training, but it doesn’t stop there. Gathering information is good and gaining skills is necessary. Ultimately, that work creates the foundation for what comes next: empowering actual clients to embrace growth and overcome obstacles.

The difference between good coaches and great coaches often depends on one word, and that is practice. If you’ve completed your Level 1 Coaching Certification, this course will provide the practice and mentorship you need to coach your clients effectively.

What You’ll Gain

  • A chance to learn and practice the four most frequently used coaching frameworks
  • Realtime feedback, encouragement, and support from your coaching triad
  • Increased confidence as you see the impact your coaching can make
  • 12 CCE hours (in accordance with ICF Core Competencies requirements)
  • An expanded network of coaches you can turn to going forward

This course will help you equip and empower others. You will gain skills to use in coaching others in the work of ministry, leadership development, and life transformation.

  • January Sessions (1-4)

Good to Great: Understanding & Applying Successful Coaching Frameworks

With your Level 1 Coaching Certification serving as a prerequisite and a springboard, these first four sessions will build on your existing knowledge, provide opportunities for practice, and maybe even challenge some misconceptions.

  • February Sessions (5-8)

Practice Makes You Professional: Gaining the Confidence to Make an Impact

In both sessions, you’ll have weekly opportunities to practice the coaching techniques you’re learning. These coaching triads will only become more significant as your skills, confidence, and ability to translate both into your day-to-day practice increase.
