What You Will Learn

At some point we started calling it “the new normal” – as if a cute way of describing what we were experiencing would make the burden lighter. Maybe it did. But after two years of reinventing the wheel, we’re drowning. Our heads and hearts are full, but we may not be sure of what. Finding time to reflect, much less strategize or plan, sounds good, but when, and how?

If you feel like you’ve been drinking from the proverbial fire hose, we get it. All you’ve done for the past two years is learn new things. Now is the time to work through some of what you’ve already experienced – to integrate it into your personal and professional life, and to imagine a way forward. This course can help.

In Processing the Pandemic, you’ll enjoy an immersive learning experience that includes:

  • Two dedicated hours a week (for three weeks) to practice stillness, intentional reflection, and realistic goal-setting
  • Opportunities to prioritize what’s been learned and to process it in a supportive environment
  • A safe space for integrating what you’ve learned through the pandemic and gently moving forward in whole and healthy ways
  • A sustainable gameplan for achieving two goals – unique to you – in the 30 days following this course
  • … and so much more!

Join Us…

After another year of loss, heartache, missed time with family and friends, masks, mandates, vaccines, and school, work, and church upheaval, so many of us are running on fumes. How could we be anything but exhausted?

Processing the Pandemic is a chance to face that, name it, and build a path forward – no matter what tomorrow, next month, or the following year looks like. This is a reprieve for our hearts, minds, and bodies – and one we desperately need. We hope you’ll join us.
