Join Trinity Retreat Center in celebrating and remembering the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with a one-day retreat reflecting on “Letter from Birmingham Jail.”

In his letter, the prophetic civil rights leader wrote that justice for the oppressed is not inevitable but comes through the tireless efforts of people “willing to be co-workers with God.” Come together with the Rev. Dr. Mark Francisco Bozutti-Jones, the retreat center’s Priest and Director of Spiritual Formation, and Joseph Rose, an Episcopal seminarian, and Executive Director of Visitor Experience, for a transformative day of reflection, prayer, poetry, and quiet time. On the national day of memorial and service commemorating MLK’s birth, this spiritual retreat will use our together time to allow the powerful words of this letter to prepare us to be co-workers with God and commit to social justice.

The retreat will take place over four half-hour sessions throughout the day at these times (EST):

    • 10-10:30am
    • 2-2:30pm
