Galatians: Rhetoric, Ethics, Christology, Social Consequences?

February 17, 2022 - April 28, 2022
Thursday nights from 6-7 PM EST, Feb 17-Apr 28, 2022.

A course on Paul’s letter to the Galatians with attention to context (Asia Minor); (heated) rhetoric; ethics, and Christology, especially Gal 3:26-28, “in Christ there is neither Jew nor Greek, neither slave nor free, nor male and female.” What social implications might we infer from such issues amongst first century Jesus followers, and how might we interpret such matters today?

A link for the Zoom classes will be made available to you before the course begins.   Class materials and activities will be available on Populi.  Registration on this website for the course will also register you on the Populi website.  You will be invoiced $300 plus a once-a-term $75 technology fee after our two-week drop/add period has closed.
