Attendance and membership numbers give us some good information about our congregations, but they’re not the whole story. Faith Development in Community offers a lens to help us see all the different ways people are engaging with and being fed by what our congregation offers, and how God is working to develop and deepen their faith in our community. Understanding how God is at work in our congregation can help us welcome people where they’re at and invite them to go deeper in their faith journey with us. This five week opportunity will be offered Winter Term B, with an optional opportunity to go deeper in exploring how to create space for God to ‘show up’ in your congregation in “Sources of Transformation” in Spring Term A
