The shadow consists of everything (beliefs, attitudes, emotions and behaviours) which we drove back into our unconscious for fear of being rejected by those important to our safety and wellbeing when we were young.
Using a gentle psychospiritual framework, Jungian psychology and gospel references, we will explore the hidden parts of ourselves which contain both undiscovered gifts and unhealed woundedness.
Integrating the shadow leads to greater authenticity, creativity, energy and healing.
