For many of us, the COVID-19 pandemic has triggered a process of reflection and re-evaluation. Forced to slow down, we may find ourselves taking stock, pondering how we are living our lives, re-evaluating what is important to us, and wondering how to move forward. Questions that were at the back of our minds may have had time to come to the fore, for example about the work we are doing, how we are doing it, the leadership roles we are playing, and how we engage with our own communities. Above all, what role are we being called to play in the emerging future? In society, within our organizations, and within our families?
Soul of Leadership offers a facilitated and constructive space to explore some of these questions, and more. Through the four residentials, you will have a chance to reflect, take stock, and engage in contemplative practice, working out how you want to move forward. Soul of Leadership offers a safe and inspiring process for exploring some of the deeper questions and issues that may have bubbled to the surface in recent months, to discern, and to be equipped to step into the emergent future. |
