Revitalize and Re-Energize Your Congregation’s Ministry
The last two years have been one change after another. As a leader in your congregation, you may have felt overwhelmed and even burned out. These changes have not been your fault, but what if God wants to use them to revitalize your congregation?
Church isn’t the same as it used to be…and maybe that’s a good thing.
The Faithful Innovation Online Community is a practice-driven experience where you and a core group of laypeople in your congregation will learn, hope, and cultivate practices that will help you move forward with discernment. This is your chance for you and your congregation to reimagine ministry together.
As a part of our Faithful Innovation Online Community, you’ll spend two months uncovering the work God is doing in your life, the life of your church, and your neighbors’ lives. Over the course of 10 weeks, you’ll gain:
- A step-by-step framework for rediscovering God’s leading – even in the midst of chaos
- Effective ways of equipping and empowering congregation members to discern God’s presence
- Clarity around what it takes to build a deeper connection with God, within your church, and with your neighbors
- Access to an online peer group where weekly connections allow chances to share, reflect, and get the support you need to move forward
Step 1: Choose Your Guiding Team
Once you sign up, you’ll gain instant access to a training that teaches you how to recruit your guiding team—a small group of laypeople in your congregation who are ready and willing to listen to God, take risks, and reflect on their experiences. This training will teach you what makes a great guiding team member and how to get them on board.
Step 2: Work the Process
Step 3: Engage with Your Cohort
The best part of this learning experience is that you’re not doing it alone; you have a private digital community with others who are going through the exact same process you are. Plus, attend weekly group coaching calls and get up to two one-on-one coaching calls for support, insight, and feedback.
