As science and technology grow more robust and complicated, it is increasingly difficult to wade through the “what ifs” and “what thens.”

This five-part course will examine the place of specific technologies in society, their role in enhancing and restricting human beings, attempts to own and control technology, and social and environmental risks and opportunities associated with each.

Join us for this by-donation opportunity to discuss and discern “What’s a Christian to do?” in a world that never stops changing.

Dr. Roger Petry is a Professor of Philosophy at Luther College at the University of Regina teaching in the areas of ethics (including the ethics of science and technology), sustainable development, critical thinking, and philosophy of religion.
Dr. Brett Salkeld is Archdiocesan Theologian for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Regina, where he is responsible for deacon formation.
