As a theological critic of Imperial America, and a 1956 Harvard Law School graduate who took up street law in East Harlem, William Stringfellow was a participant in the freedom struggle and the anti-war movement. Beginning with My People is the Enemy, Bill told his life as an engagement with the powers. We will celebrate his life and thought through Bible-study, art, personal remembrance, historical reflection and even film (the newly released Seeking Shelter, on the FBI arrest of Daniel Berrigan underground at Stringfellow’s home).

Leadership by Bill Wylie-Kellermann and others including filmmaker Sue Hagedorn.

Cost $445 included double occupancy room, board and tuition
