Overcoming Self-Destructive Behaviors to Open the Way for Self-Love and Self-Acceptance to Enter People’s Lives

There is a misconception that self-destructive individuals must be products of addicts, dysfunctional, and abusive parents.  Some self-destructive individuals, however, do not have this background.  There are, nonetheless, specific components that can be found in a variety of settings that do contribute to self-destructive behaviors.

Participants will be provided with useful information that allows them to understand the conditions that promote destructive behaviors.   They will also be provided with tools that when utilized appropriately and consistently may facilitate the movement towards a new way of behaving and living a satisfying life.

A day of renewal discussing the history and development of the Rosary as an aid to Christian Prayer, reflection and spiritual growth.  New approaches to this always popular prayer form will be presented as well.  Personal and communal expressions will be explored.

Cost: $65 includes buffet lunch
