This course looks at the History of Christianity from the Reformation to the present day. Emphasis will be placed on the development of religion in the United States, as well as issues of globalization and post-colonialism in the 20th century.

Tom Ferguson is currently the Dean of Bexley Hall in Columbus, OH. He received his Ph.D. from GTU/ CDSP in 2002 in the History of Christian Life and Thought and has taught extensively for CDSP in the graduate level programs and the CALL program. Formerly, he served as Deputy to the Presiding Bishop for Ecumenical and Interreligious Relations.

This course qualifies for the Advanced Anglican Series in the area of History/Theology. 2 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available.
