Interpreting Scripture

Oz Lorentzen this Fall for the Calgary School of Discipleship course: “The Interpretation of Scriptures: An Introductory Course for Lay Ministry and Licensing”. This course will provide an overview of the main components involved in a responsible and faithful interpretation of scriptures, especially as this pertains to preparing sermons. These basic components will be put in the broader context of both the Anglican tradition and the wider Christian tradition.
