Workshop ID: G15S412

Dates: April 8, 2015 – April 12, 2015 Price: $545.00 – $725.00

Following in the footsteps of our Wisdom Sharing Deepening Retreat (Oct, 2014) with Alice Walker, Gloria Steinem, and Dr. Hyun Kyung Chung, Ghost Ranch continues its emphasis on the important theme of women’s leadership and wisdom.

What does it mean to love God, ourselves, others and life itself fiercely? How can we bring our full selves to the places we live in order to participate in a new dream of shalom? Women’s gifts and voices are needed now more than ever—strength through vulnerability, relationship and collaboration, compassion and a community vision of shalom and justice for all beings. How can we nourish these within ourselves as women?

Here in the high desert of Ghost Ranch, amidst the fierce beauty and sustenance of the landscape and her inhabitants, we will explore embodied practices such as art, yoga, music, prayer, worship, ritual and times of sacred conversation with our sisters. Designed for healing and renewal of our bodies and souls, refreshing our vision and encouraging us to fully name and claim whom we are and what we need in order to return to our daily lives and the work at hand.

This is open to all who are being called to lead in ways of Spirit as lovers of God, self, neighbor, earth—whether clergy, teacher, healing practitioner, therapist, scientist, mother, activist or other.
