CELTIC SPIRITUALITY IN NATURE

A SPIRITUAL FORMATION ELECTIVE*

Dates

June 16, 7:00 p.m.- June 19, 12:15 p.m., 2019

Overview

The Celts held two books sacred in their understanding fo the Divine – The Holy Scriptures and theBook of Nature. While the Celts found God in the natural world, they did not romanticize nature but rather saw it as allowing a full range of spiritual experiences to be uncovered and expressed. This class will explore the Celt’s deep nature-based spirituality, which still offers us relevant ways to deepen our own individual and communal spirituality.
