Developing Yourself as a Writer through Diaries – a Masterclass with Writer in Residence, Amy Liptrot

In this day masterclass, journalist, author and lifelong diarist Amy Liptrot offers participants the chance to develop creative pieces from journals written by themselves and others. Suitable for writers of fiction and non-fiction, poets and playwrights, Amy’s workshop could inspire a short piece or the start of a book-length project. Participants can reflect upon their own journals as well as some of the lifewriting found by Amy here at Gladstone’s Library.
