You are unique, and you have something to offer the world that is yours alone. If you haven’t yet found your authentic voice – or have lost it along the way – join us as we write, reflect silently, brainstorm, and speak. We will also use gentle stretching, whole body movements, and exercises to free the voice and create space for breath. Together we will help you find your metaphorical and/or literal voice and support you as you practice using it.
