Come do art and yoga! Combine the beauty awakened in you through yoga and meditation with painting or sketching the magnificence of the Ghost Ranch landscape. Practice Kundalini yoga (the yoga of awareness and your potential) to connect the Infinite Creator to your “inner teacher.” Each day we will enjoy sets of breath work and Kundalini Yoga (no yoga experience required) combined with meditation to get your cells vibrating! Then lots of time for individual creativity (medium of your choice), painting and sketching in this beautiful place. We will also spend a day or two working outside at special locations in the area. Evenings will be devoted to group sharing and we will end each day with a short yoga set and meditation. Early morning and evening sessions at Casa del Sol. Plan to carpool if your accommodations are on main part of Ranch. All-day sessions.
