| This experiential workshop offers the opportunity to engage in an individual but guided journey of self-exploration using sound, colour, intuition, guided meditations, various art mediums, and the chakra energy system. It will be facilitated by Emily Cherneski.
Beginning with an introduction to the Chakra system and the symbolism of each chakra, our journey will start with reflection on our family roots, move through relational, personal, and emotional power and experiences, into the power of mind and will. The journey will culminate in exploring our connection to our spiritual nature and our intuition.
The goal of this workshop will be to help us see more clearly how all aspects of our journey are intimately connected with and to the Divine.
(Artistic ability is not a prerequisite!)
Emily Cherneski and her husband John now live in Vancouver BC. They previously lived in community as volunteers at the Qu’Appelle House of Prayer in Fort Qu’Appelle. Emily is a Reiki Master, Spiritual Director/Mentor/Companion, and poet. She describes herself as “a spiritual being on a human journey.”
