Kathie McCarthy was surprised 25 years ago to be on a spiritual journey involving Jesus. Finding her own words and images to explain this experience was crucial. She now guides youth and adults through Confirmation, Adult Faith Development, and Wilderness Journeys at Grace Episcopal Church on Bainbridge Island, Washington. She is a Mental Health Counselor, teacher and Wilderness First Responder. She is married and the mother of two inspiring young adults.
