You don’t have to be an artist to facilitate healing in individuals, institutions, and family systems! This interactive workshop weaves the spiritual and creative benefits of expressing feelings through images and symbols when words will not come. Art allows for the expression of things that are otherwise inexpressible. Putting down visual symbols and images on paper helps us to find meaning through shape and form. Through demonstration, exploring various media, time alone and sharing as community, participants will create their own visual journal, opening the door to healing, hope, and spiritual resiliency.
