Come spend the weekend here on the mountain with Kirkridge staff member Denise Crawn and “remember” how to “Walk Awake”.
This retreat will be held both indoors and outdoors and will include utilizing our natural instincts and awareness in our daily surroundings, learning to ground in our connection to Spirit through Nature as a spiritual practice, and reconnecting to our “roots” through Denise’s photographs of Nature Beings. There will be group conversation, individual quiet time, guided walks, meditation, creative play, music and more.
