Are you tired of lackluster results with Annual Pledge Campaigns?  Are you anxious about your Church’s finances?  Are you having trouble getting people involved in ministry?  Is there a lack of enthusiasm in your congregation?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this course is for you.  We will explore the foundational aspects of stewardship that are key to transforming a congregation from merely surviving in maintenance to thriving as a missional Church.  Not only will you emerge with a deeper understanding of stewardship and its implications on your congregation’s identity, but you also with concrete tools to implement stewardship formation strategies.

The Rev. Lance Ousley is the Canon for Stewardship and Development in the Diocese of Olympia in Seattle, and serves as vice president of The Episcopal Network for Stewardship (TENS).  Before coming to Olympia he was the Chair of Commission on Stewardship in the Diocese of Texas where he was the rector of a vital congregation stewarding and funding ministries in other congregations.
