The Rev. Lance Ousley is the Canon for Stewardship and Development in the Diocese of Olympia in Seattle, and serves as vice president of The Episcopal Network for Stewardship (TENS). Before coming to Olympia he was the Chair of Commission on Stewardship in the Diocese of Texas where he was the rector of a vital congregation stewarding and funding ministries in other congregations.
