rebirthing

Some lodging is available at Casa Del Sol. Retreat takes place on the main ranch.

This week at Ghost Ranch will include the international book launch of John Philip Newell’s forthcoming title, The Rebirthing of God: Christianity’s Struggle for New Beginnings.

Days will consist of prayer at the rising of the sun in Ghost Ranch’s Agape Center courtyard, teaching and sharing in the mornings and evenings, with rest and silence in the afternoons. Explore features of a new birthing of spirituality in our lives and communities:

• Coming back into relationship with the Earth as sacred

• Re-connecting with Compassion as the ground of relationship

• Celebrating the Light that is at the heart of all life

• Reverencing the wisdom of other religious traditions

• Re-discovering Spiritual Practice as the basis for transformation

• Living the way of Nonviolence among nations

• Looking to the Unconscious as the wellspring of new vision

• Following Love as the seed-force of new birth in our lives and world.
