The Practice of Living Embodied and Free
Anita Bondi and Jean Richardson
When was the last time you really lived fully in the moment? What brings you alive?
What is holding you back from being all of you?
This weekend welcomes everyone with a body, mind, and heart, especially those who need to reconnect and nurture themselves.
We will spend time creating safe spaces to be present to ourselves and one another.
We will use simple tools: breath, stillness, body based techniques, writing, listening, and being in community.
Use this time to enter the holidays whole and grounded, fully alive and present. Free to be all of you!
Get ready to meet yourself in a new way. What if life really didn’t have to be so hard? This question is at the core of InterPlay, which will be one of the foundations for the weekend.
