Longing for a break from the sounds and busy pace of daily life? Restore our connection with Spirit, our true selves, and all of Creation through the deep listening of silence. Contemplative silence assists us to be aware of our body-spirit connection and returns us to living in the present moment. During this silent retreat, each day begins in a supportive time of gathering. The rest of the time is yours, to savour the silence, journal, walk, rest, and simply BE. Spiritual guidance is available.
Program Cost: $320 ($135 tuition+$185 meals/single room accommodations)

Marilyn Burrell has a long interest in spiritual practices and the contemplative way of life.
Pat De Meo
Pat De Meo is on the Leadership Team of the Atlantic Jubilee Program in Spiritual Deepening and Spiritual Guidance. She is a Professor of French language and culture at Dalhousie University, with a background in inter-cultural communication, group dynamics and staff support and supervision.
