SUCCESSFUL STRATEGIC PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION FOR CHURCHES

AN ONLINE COURSE

DATES

Sept. 23-Oct. 18, 2019

OVERVIEW

This course will help you understand:

  • the ways your church’s or organization’s culture deeply influences planning success or failure;
  • that attention to plan implementation is at least as important as planning itself; and
  • the ways you can create a compelling vision that is achievable by carefully answering two key questions: How? and Why?

This online class allows students to engage in the material at their convenience. The instructor will introduce new topics and material each week.
