Speaking of Faith:

A Jewish-Christian Dialogue on the Indescribable

with Terry Neiman

This seminar will use facilitated dialogue and discussions of key
readings to trace the growth of faith-based dialogue from ancient Greece to today. From Plato’s Laws, to Hume’s Dialogues, to the dialogic method of H. G. Gadamer, we will explore how religious dialogue has been– and remains – essential to the Western philosophical tradition.

Terry Neiman, a scholar and practitioner of multi-party, multi-disciplinary dialogue, negotiation, and problem solving. He is a university lecturer, communication consultant, author and editor of religious commentary, and a former rocket scientist.
