A weekend of Soul Care at the beautiful Mount Carmel Spiritual Centre in Niagara Falls. This year’s theme will be Love Restores My Soul
A sacred time for the soul, this retreat will offer time for reflection, meditation, music & rest.
Each woman will have their own private room/bathroom & access to the beautiful Mt Carmel grounds, labyrinth walk, stone church, and more. Meals are included.
The retreat will be guided by Cathy AJ Hardy with group times (rooted in the Christian Mystical Tradition), of reflection, teaching, song, and stillness and personal time for individual reflection. Cathy will provide journaling exercises, art meditations, and stations for personal prayer and reflection.
