What might you do for three nights, two days and one morning of spacious retreat time? People retreat to Naramata for many reasons: rest and rejuvenation; intentional discernment time; to renew spiritual practices; to read, walk, paint, write, compose, pray… what is your soul’s yearning? This April self-guided retreat offers private accommodation, delicious meals, daily community prayer and an evening sacred pause. Individual sessions of Hands on Healing and/or Spiritual Direction are available by prior arrangement (based on Naramata Centre’s sliding fee scale of $30 – $70.)

Lois is a spiritual director, artist and author. Co-Director of the Pacific Jubilee Program in Spiritual Direction and member of the Program Team at Naramata Centre, she values the practice of silent retreat as ‘extended Sabbath’; an opportunity to rest, rejuvenate and wait on the Spirit.
