Clergy go to Christ’s members in hospitals, schools, and the larger community in which we live, where silence and solitude are virtually nonexistent, and where the calendar, appointments, and personal relationships dictate our lives. Our commitment to The Church and to God’s people is anchored in the love relationship with Christ. It is that love, sustained by contemplation of Christ, which has called us to this ministry and way of life.
Come rekindle your relationship with Christ on a retreat specifically intended for young clergy in their 20’s and 30’s. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in periods of silence, Lectio Divina, group Bible study, reflection, and participation in the corporate worship life of the monastic community.
