Quiet Saturday: The Real St. Patrick as Told by Himself

Saturday, March 17, 2018

St. Patrick embodies the robust Celtic spirit of Christianity, as he lived the life of both a monk and a missionary evangelist.

He can inspire people of today (both Christians and seekers) to seek God in the “thin places” where heaven and earth meet, and where we are nurtured in an intimate loving relationship with God and then sent out to love and serve God’s world.

We will hear from Patrick himself in the words of his own autobiography, The Confessions of St. Patrick.

The day will be led by Sr. Constance Joanna, SSJD, former Rev. Mother, adjunct faculty member of Wycliffe College, and Vocations Coordinator for the Sisterhood.

  • Begins 9:30 am with a gathering for coffee; ends 4 pm.
  • Fee $30 ($25 for Associates and Oblates) if you bring a bag lunch. A hot meal is an additional $15.
  • Registration deadline: March 10, 2018
