Take advantage of the peaceful setting at Five Oaks among the 116 acres of Carolinian Forest. Quiet indoor spaces provide opportunity for meditation, relaxation and reflection. During the winter, sitting by the picture windows in the dining hall with a warm drink to watch the birds at the feeder is a beautiful experience. In warmer months enjoy walking the labyrinth or by the river and swimming in our large pool in the summer.
We have reserved several weekends for those interested in spending time away here at Five Oaks to rest and renew (see dates at bottom of page). Retreatants will likely be housed in either Friendship House or Chaplain’s House. Meals will be provided in the Dining Room of the Main Building alongside other groups who are using the facility that weekend. If you wish to meet with a Five Oaks spiritual director on the Saturday morning then please select that option when registering.
Participants are invited to arrive after supper on Friday and leave sometime in the afternoon on Sunday. Meals will be provided starting with breakfast on Saturday and ending with lunch on Sunday.
