You may also attend individual workshops if the whole series is not possible. Individual workshops cost $25 except the Labyrinth event which is $30.
The cost of the whole series is $130.
February 9, 7-9pm. This interactive workshop will offer an introduction to First Nations understanding of spirituality through music and dance.
March 23, 7-9pm. Learn the aspects of sound therapy that are helpful in the delivery of spiritual care with Stephen Hudecki.
April 27, 7-9pm. Gary Diggins will involve us in listening deeply and sounding intentionally through sonic rituals.
May 8, 7-9pm. Shannon Kingsbury will guide us through a collaborative sounding experience exploring the voice-body-heart connection.
May 25, 7-9pm. Join Debbie Danbrook to hear how music can relax us and enhance the natural healing process of body and spirit.
June 21, 7-9pm. As we move through the longest day of the year, celebrate the power of the sun and the inspiration of the collective voice.
