VST is called to educate and form thoughtful, engaged and generous Christian leaders for the church and the world in the 21st century.
The Master of Arts in Theological Studies degree program is for those wishing to develop further perspectives in theological thought for personal or professional enrichment, for those interested in further academic study, or for those seeking further development in their spiritual journey in relation to other professions.
This is a 48 credit-hour degree. Working full-time it can be completed in two years. Students have a maximum of seven years to complete this degree.
For distance students, one quarter of this degree must be accomplished onsite, and attendance at Orientation Week (September) is mandatory in one’s first year.
