LOL: Loving Out Loud – Becoming a Missional Church is a practical workshop designed for all those who serve with mission, outreach, and social justice committees.

What does “faith and works” look like in our church and community?  In society? In the world?How can we faithfully make Christ’s love visible through our actions? During this ecumenical workshop for mission and outreach committees, faith group leaders and individuals active in social justice ministries will explore ideas, resources and best practices for creating and sustaining mission and social justice ministries in our churches today.  
Join staff and lay leaders from different denominations to share ideas that will inspire, invigorate, and deepen your mission or outreach committee work. 

Program Cost: $270 ($112.50 tuition + $158.50 meals/accommodations)

Laura HunterLaura Hunter, Program Resource Group (PRG) facilitator. Laura is the Maritime Conference Minister for Justice and Stewardship with the United Church of Canada. She was involved in conflict resolution following the Marshall Decision, and currently staffs the Aboriginal Relationships and Concerns Working Group for the United Church.
