LITURGY LAB at MDTC this Fall
What is liturgy? How does it work? Why do we do what we do and how could we do it differently? (yet ‘Anglicanly’)

Last year, a group of young adults at Christ Church Cathedral received a Mission Grant to explore these kinds of questions by designing and leading creative services held on the first Sunday evening of every month. Out of that experience, the Cathedral is excited to join with the Centre for Lay Education to co-sponsor Liturgy Lab. This six week course offers an opportunity to learn about and play with liturgy and will include the collaborative designing and leading of the evening Eucharist for Advent on December 6 at 6pm at the Cathedral. The workshops will take place 7pm-9pm at Montreal Diocesan Theological College on Monday, October 26, November 2, November 9, November 16, November 23, and Tuesday, December 1.

The final service will take place at 6pm on Sunday, December 6 (second Sunday in Advent) at Christ Church Cathedral.

Cost: $30 for the series (low-income participants: pay-what-you-can). Registration deadline: Monday, October 19. Contact [email protected] Everyone is welcome but space is limited!
