August 13-15, 2014   Leading through Coaching   Leadership

In this course participants will learn the basic principles of coaching and how these principles provide a solid foundation for effective compassionate leadership. While there are many dimensions to leadership, none is more important than the relationships the leader has with colleagues and volunteers. As a coach, the leader highly values these relationships, has profound respect and deep appreciation for each person and their contribution to the ministry and is committed to supporting each person’s joy and success in their work.
