This course will explore contemporary leadership theory from a Christian perspective with a view toward applying discoveries to ministry among youth. The course will include significant reflection on the student as a leader. Other topics will include: leading change effectively, time management, stress management, budgeting, and recruiting a leadership team. This course will also explore practical ways youth leaders can assist adolescents in developing their leadership gifts.
