LEADER: Matthew Skinner is Associate Professor of New Testament at Luther Seminary in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and an ordained teaching elder in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). His research and teaching focus especially on the Gospels and the book of Acts, the cultural realities at work in the New Testament, and the Bible’s ongoing capacity to fan people’s theological imaginations into flame.
