Introduction to the Enneagram
Friday, April 20 (6 pm supper) to Sunday, April 22 (1 pm)
In this introductory workshop, participants will explore the nine different personality types of the Enneagram through theory, interactive exercises, and movement.
Many individuals worry about, “being put into a box” when they hear that there are nine different personality types. The reality is that each of us have created our own box – defined by our personality. The psychology of the Enneagram helps us become aware of fears that our personality avoids by staying in a box of habitual patterns.
Through improved self-observation, participants will:
identify their own type;
become more grounded in “the moment”; and
become aware of fears that they may be reacting to and which may not be real.
By letting some fears go, we can see parts of ourselves beyond our personality and become more grounded in the Present Moment with a deeper connection to the Divine.
