Songs of Faith from around the World


65 members of Inshallah, a 100-voice choir based in Waterloo, Ontario, are coming East to celebrate Canada 150+ and the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation.

Through worship and workshop, storytelling and personal encounter, Inshallah invites people of all faiths, cultures and nationalities to open themselves to the stories of others, especially those in danger of being forgotten.


Inshallah is hosting a Workshop Day

You are invited to bring an instrument (percussion items, ukulele, etc.), a spoken word piece, poem, or line from a hymn on the theme of Ocean

Please bring your lunch. All ages are welcome.

About the workshop day

The day begins and ends in worship, around the East Coast theme of water. Participants will explore singing global song, one-line group singing (no books or screens required), learning rhythm, a “kitchen party” instrument band, and spoken word.
