Introduction to The Healing Pathway

This workshop is an introduction to the basic concepts of hands-on healing within the Christian tradition, with an emphasis on learning to be a healing presence and instrument of God’s healing power. Participants will learn and practice specific healing sequences, elements of self-care, and how to centre themselves through prayer and meditation. They will also discuss the application of a healing ministry within a congregation or faith community.

Howard ClarkHoward is a recently retired United Church minister. His intentional journey with Christ-centred healing began over 45 years ago and has continued since then. Howard finds a real congruence with the Healing Pathway program, which he has been committed to for the past 10 years.
Sharon MoonSharon is a recently retired United Church minister who has cultivated Healing Pathway ministries both in Ottawa and Montreal. She practices at First United Church in Ottawa. Many are familiar with her books, “Healing Oasis, Meditations for Mind, Body, and Spirit” and “Returning to the Healing Oasis.” Sharon loves to accompany people working to integrate and heal body, spirit, mind and soul. She finds the Healing Pathway a wonderful avenue for this work.
