Unless people in parish leadership have business backgrounds where CEO/CFO-like leadership was required, most are not prepared with the knowledge or acumen necessary to ensure sensitivity, awareness, and accountability for the processes surrounding sound financial management and protection of church assets. Leadership is key to successful implementation, and is often a learned attribute. This course uses real-life examples and exercises to illustrate the awareness and leadership necessary.
