Engaging Islam in the 21st Century (WYT2637HF)
This course is for Christian theology students who wish to have a basic knowledge of Islam.The focus of lectures and seminars is two questions: What is Islam? and How to engage the Muslim? If you are looking for meaningful muslim-Christian dialogue, this is a course to consider.  This course will give special attention to the relationship of islam to the west and to modernity, as the movements related to this encounter.
This could be a Theology elective.
