We are the result of the choices that we make. Whether you are facing major changes and decisions or simply wish to examine the decisions you make on a daily basis and the effects on your life, this may be the workshop/retreat for you. Drawing upon the wisdom of Ignatian spirituality and Jungian psychology, participants will have the opportunity to learn and use tools that have been proven effective in the decision-making process.
The weekend will allow participants to go into the process more deeply and will include an optional 30 minute individual session with Kathryn. The stand alone Saturday workshop (9:30 – 4:00) will give participants the tools and some practice in good decision-making.

Presenter Bio:
Kathryn is a popular guest presenter at Mount Carmel. Based in Montreal, she has done social justice work throughout the Americas, South Korea, Australia, and South Africa in English, French and Spanish. She has Masters degrees in Clinical Psychology and in Religious Studies. She is also trained in spiritual accompaniment.
