CLAIMING YOUR LEADERSHIP AGENDA

This educational event is for pastors and congregational members who are in official positions of leadership. This class will provide practical information, methods and  available resources so those in congregational leadership positions can work toward successfully moving their  congregations into the tumultuous times of the evolving 21st century.
In this course we will establish a working set of leadership definitions. These definitions will then be applied to a set of proportions that are based on real congregational events. Small-group dialogue will follow each proposition using definitions to open the congregation’s systems identified by the proposition for examination, evaluation and learning.
