February 10-13, 2014 Building Intentional Leadership Skills Spirit in the Desert Retreat Center Leadership

Open to all pastors and congregation leaders who wish to examine and build upon their experience of pastor as leader in our rapidly changing congregational cultures. The primary focus will involve learning to utilize Adaptive Leadership Skills within a given context. Identifying issues as either problems to solve or as ongoing concerns requiring adaptations that will be addressed.

This course is for pastors in multi-pastor church staffs and solo pastorates. Non-ordained congregational leaders are also welcome. If you are a trained and experienced interim pastor, this curriculum aptly supplements interim ministry insights gained in training programs prior to 2007.

Class Times: Begins Monday at 1pm; end with lunch on Thursday.
