More Info:

Becoming a Leader is becoming Yourself has been carefully designed to create open yet disciplined spaces where we will move together from the “what” and “how” questions of leadership to the “who” question and discover again the deep connection between who we are and what we do.

This new model of leader development is based on three core assumptions:

“Leadership is everyone’s vocation” – part of a longer quote from Parker J. Palmer. At some point in each our lives we will have the opportunity to engage the leadership tasks in our homes, our communities, in our faith communities, and in our work.

Effective leadership is rooted in our authenticity and wholeness. It is just that simple and just that hard.

Becoming a whole and authentic person is the work of a lifetime. There are no buttons to push or levers to pull to make it happen more quickly.

In this program you will:

be invited and equipped to live and lead with authenticity and wholeness so you can serve the world with courage;

have experiences that will help you discern birthright gifts and limits, the gifts and limits that define the distinctive contributions you have to offer to the practice of leadership;

have an opportunity to take “an inner journey toward both our shadow and our light”, and to do it in a safe space and with trustworthy traveling companions;

be en-couraged to fully embrace your leadership roles and responsibilities.
