What’s In This Retreat for Me?
Gardeners and midwives know that blossoms and birth are messy and miraculous!
The birth of renewed purpose in our own lives and in our congregational and organizational lives is messy and miraculous too.
How Will I Be Renewed?
In this retreat we will practice being hopeful gardeners of the spirit…so that we may become:
- Stronger
- More Willing to Risk
- More Trusting of our Inner Teacher
…and able to carry this renewed awareness into our daily lives, both personally and professionally.
Courage & Renewal® retreats are based on the work of Parker Palmer. These retreats invite you into renewal of identity, integrity and vitality. In large-group, small-group and solitary settings, we will engage with story-telling, poetry, silence and questions. It is a time for people of all vocations, from religious and non-religious communities, to hold space together for the diverse and beautiful language of our souls.
